How calendar days work

School events may include progress reviews, project showcases, conferences, challenge days, or special academic programming.

Independent learning days do not include the normal teacher-led block schedule. Students may use optional reading, project, enrichment, or recovery activities.

No-class days pause scheduled instruction. The student portal may remain available for voluntary review and unfinished work.

Quarter 1 closes October 30

Students select work and reflect on their first-quarter progress.

Semester 1 closes December 18

Portfolio review and a learning celebration conclude the fall term.

School year closes May 28

Final assessments, student reflection, and end-of-year celebration.
